SHEDS CN WHARVES USED FOR WOOL DUMPING (By Telegrnrm.— Press Association) WELLINGTON, Friday A claim, the decision on which will affect harbour boards throughout New Zealand, was heard to-day, before Mr J. H. Lux ford. S.M.. in the Magistrate’s Court. The case was one in which W. F. Ashbw inspector of factories, proceeded against the Wellington Harbour Board under the Factories Act. 1921-22. Plaintiff contended that the sheds used by the harbour board for wool "dumping" were factories within tlie meaning of the Act. The magistrate’s decision was reserved.
