UNREBT IN MEXICO OPPOSITION TO PRESIDENT MEXICO CITY, May 13 While President Cardenas in San Luis Potosi is boldly disarming General Cedillo with the backing of the Federal troops, an important though non-military revolution is gathering force in Mexico City. It is a move of the Federal Congress to assert itself against moves towards exclusive Labour domination of Mexico, and against extremes of both the Left and Right. A bloc has already declared opposition to President Cardena’s Bill giving Federal employees the right to strike.
