Rainfall for year to date, 19.9210. Average yearly rainfall. 46.32 m. SPECIAL FORECAST (By Govt. Meteorologist). The special forecast by tho Government Meteorologist covering the WaikatoThame* Valley 1* as followa; Forecast: Strong southerly winds gradually moderating. Weather cold and changeable with passing showers but improving. Seas rough but decreasing. General inference: Pressure is low and conditions are disturbed to the eastward but an anti-cyclone is advancing across the Tasman Sea and barometers are rising over New Zealand.
