Miss Dorothy M- Stewart, a New Zealander, was elected a member of , the British College of Obstetricians ; and Gynaecologists at the quarterly meeting of the council on April 23. * Miss Rosemary Rees, the New Zealand author, has had her latest book, “Sing a Song of Sydney, chosen as the Daily Mirror romantic book of the month. * It is the first she has written with an Australian background.
