ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL
COMPETITIONS CONTINUED GAMES IN SOUTH AUCKLAND .. FIXTURES FOR TO-MORROW The South Auckland Football Association's competitions will he continued to-morrow when a full programme of games is set down for decision. Indications are that the fields will be very heavy and this might have the effect of slowing up the play. However, with the teams now fairly well settled down to the season's play, good exhibitions should be the order of the day. Followers of the code in Hamilton should witness bright fare at Seddon Park, when Wanderers and Glen Massey try conclusions on Ihe new No. 1 ground at 3 p.m. Neither team has
lost a game yet and top place on the championship table will depend on the result of to-morrow's play. Glen Massey established themselves as strong contestants for championship honours in beating Rovers and lluntly by comfortable margins In the first two games of the season and they are sure to endeavour to keep their record unbroken when they meet Wanderers to-morrow. The local team has also come through unscathed so far and more than the usual interest will be aroused by to-morro\\ r s game. Rovers will travel to Huntly to-morrow where they will try conclusions with Starr Town. Each of these teams has been unsuccessful in the opening games and with third place on the points table at stake, both should give of their best in an effort to gain the decision to-morrow.
A full programme of junior and intermediate games will also be decided.
