WIN AND PLACE The win and place system of betting will be In operation at Te Rapa to-morrow with three place dividends In fields of eight or more, two place dividends in fields of five, six or seven and one dividend In fields of less than five runners. On the win machine dividends will be paid on the first horse only. Bracketed horses count as one number on the total Isator.
