A resolution, moved by Mr Rushworth, recording appreciation of Mr Mellsop’s work, was carried with acclamation.

Two vice-presidents, Messrs J. H. Furniss (Ruawaro) and A. White (Waiuku), were elected unopposed. Further officers elected were: Honorary treasurer, Mr A. McGonaughy (Paparoa) ; executive members, Messrs A. C. A. Sexton, M.P. (Manurewa), A. E. Lambert (Otakiri), H. Mason (Te Kuiti), H. J. Angus (Tauranga) and C. A. Moore (East Tamaki).
