NQONGOTAHA VALUES The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Limited. report having held their fortnightly - stock sale at Ngongotaha yesterday, when a good entry of cattle came forward. Included was the advertised pedigree Jersey herd offered on account of Mr M. P. Millett, of Rotorua. These cows were of good quality, but in most cases showing a fair amount of age. However, a satisfactory sale resulted. Store cows, good colours made £4 8s 1o £5 10s: boner cows, £*2 5s to £3 ss; Jersey cows and calves to £i ss: steer calves. £3 7s to £3 14s: small. £2 10s to £2 19s; Red Poll and Polled Angus heifer calves, small, to £2 18s; potter bulls, to £8 8s; pedigree service bulls, 7 to Bgns; Jersey and Friesian heifers, running with bull. £7 to £7 12s 6d; dairy cows, to £* s<;; pedigree Jersey cows, August calves, it to iogns: pedigree Jersey cows, lator calvere, 8 to lOgns.: aged cows, 5 to 7gns; unsound, 2i to 4gns.
