Copyright) [Received May 19, 11 a.m.) CAPETOWN, May 18 A feature of the voting at the general election has been the heavy and consistent poll of women, who outnumber the men. The campaign was comparatively quiet until last night, when outside districts jo the Rand were gi\cn over to hooliganism, the demonstrators smashing cars belonging to Jews.
The police cleared the streets in the poorer class district.
