SENIOR B ADMINISTRATION CONSTITUTION AMENDED M ANAGF.MEVr COMMITTEE NFFATRF Mr A E. Gibbons presided at the meeting of the management commit fee of Hie Hamilton Rugby Football Union held it ihe union rooms last evening. The motion of which notice was civen at the last meeting in connection with the proposed amendment of the constitution to allow of representation on the management committee of the Senior B clubs was moved and was the subject of considerable discussion. Mr S. G. Russell "Whatawhata Rovers' was present by invitation to represent the Senior B clubs. Mr J. S. Lynch moved that the match rules of the union be amended to provide for the eviction of an organisation romprising one delegate from each Senior B club to administer the Sen'or B competition and that the constitution of the union be amended to provide for Hie admission of one delegate representing Hie body controlling Senior R football on Ihe managing committee of Ihe union. This was seconded l.v Mr 0. Oxenham and carried. The minute on Hie records dealing with Hie organisation «»r the Senior B competition was rescinded. It was agreed Ihat pending the necessary amendments to the constitution Hie representative of the Senior B clubs would take a seat on Hie management committee without voting strength. Registration of Players The senior registration for the Old Boy* Club of C. W. Mac Lean and A. IJssette was agreed fo. and the registration of W. Whittaker was referred back to the applicant club for a fuller and written statement of the residential position. .The application of Technical Old Roys Club to register J. Broad was approved. Qlearances for J. Broad and L. Turnbull were tabled and approved. It was resolved that the work of installing turnstjles at Rugby Park be proceeded with, the work to be entrusted to Mr A. W. Hood. The use of No. 1 Rugby Park for the annual match between Ranks and Public Service was agreed to. Inspection of Sprigs Tt was resolved to hold an inspection of sprigs in all grades next Saturday. Messrs \Y Fraser and A- St. C. Belcher, of IJic Waikato Rugby Union, attended the meeting in connection with Ihe question of improvements to Rugby Park. Malters in connection with proposed spoil available for extended ramping, finance and relations with the Waikato and New Zealand Rugby unions were discussed.
