RELICENSING MOTOR VEHICLES Owners of Motor Vehicles are reminded that after Tuesday, 31st May all Motor Vehicles are required to be equipped with 1938-39 Number Plates. To avoid congestion at the various licensing centres, owners are invited to arrange the relicensing as early as possible. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 314,000 MOTOR - VEHICLES TO BE REGISTERED AVOID CONGESTION Be Early.
