Hales formerly of Victoria Street Hamilton Butcher but now of address unknown and the owner of Lot 29 on Deposited Plan 8102 of Part Sections 364 and 365 Parish of Te Papa Defendant whereby the Plaintiff claims from (lie Defendant the sum of 15/5 for rates due in respect of the said Allotment. A Statement of Claim with full particulars has been lodged in the Magistrate's Court at Te Awamutu and a copy of the said Statement of Claim and Summons has been posted on a prominent part of the said Allotment. THE SUMMONS WILL BE HEARD af the Magistrate's Court Te Awamutu at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon on THURSDAY the sixteenth day of June 1938 and in default of your filing notice of your intention to defend such claim in the Court office at Te Awaniutu on or before the 9th day of June 1938.
