Ormsby-Gore), Secretary of State for the Colonies, have resigned. The following new appointments have been made by the Prime Minister, Right Hon. Neville Chamberlain:— Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs—Lord Stanley. Secretary of State for the Colonies—Right Hon. Malcolm MacDonald. Secretary of State for Air—Sir Kingsley Wood. Sir Kingsley was formerly Minister of Health. Secretary of State for Scotland—Lieutenant-Colonel D. J. Colville. Minister of Health—Right Hon. W. E. Elliot. financial Secretary to the Treasury—Captain Euan Wallace. Under-Secretary of State for India and Burma—Lieuten-ant-Colonel A. J. Muirhead. Under-Secretary of State for Air—Captain H. H. Balfour. Parliamentary Secretary of the Board of Trade—Mr R. H. Cross.
