Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Waikato County Council held on the 12th day of April, 1938, a resolution was passed, by way of Special Order, authorising the raising of a loan of £SOOO for 25 years at 3 per centum per annum, for the provision of workers’ dwellings, and that such special order will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the said Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Grey Street, Hamilton East, on Wednesday, the 25th day of May, 1938, at 10 a.m. A copy of the proposed special order is deposited for public inspection at the office of the Council during office hours from the date hereof until the said 25th day of May, 1938.
