Mr H. W. Bundle, agreeing with the defence contention that there was difficulty In getting suitable labour, but adding that this did not justify employment under age. Fines of 30s were inflicted In each of four cases. One boy concerned was 12. and began work at 5.3 ft. the second (11) commencing at 6.3 ft. and the third (10 commencing at 5 a.in.
