May 13 President Cardenas made a statement to-day proposing the repayment of the oil companies whose property has been Expropriated with 00 per cent, of the > '/nual products of petroleum over a 10-year period. The remaining -40 per cent, would be retained for domestic requirements. The total amount of the debt would be determined by experts. _________
