IN NORTHERN RHODEBIA REPORT OF THE COMMISSION (Omclal Wireless) RUGBY. May 11 Questions addressed to the Colonial Secretary on the views expressed in the recent report of the financial and economic Commission on Social Services in Northern Rhodesia were answered in the House of Commons today by Mr Malcolm MacDonald, Dominions Secretary.

He said Lord Harlech was naturally anxious that these services should be expanded where necessary, but he would uol be in i position to make any statement on tho action to be taken on the report of Ihe Commission until he received the observations and recommendation of the Northern Rhodesian Government.
