PETITIONER SUCCESSFUL ARAPUNI DIVORCE CASE A verdict that respondent and corespondent had committed adultery being returned by the Jury in the Supreme Court, Hamilton, this afternoon, a decree nisi was granted by the ground of adultery from Julia to petitioner in the action in which CcUn Sinclair Walker, carpenter, of Arapuni, petitioned for divorce on t eg round of adultery from Julia Walker, naming James Johnson McGill, butcher, of Arapuni, as co-re-spondent. Petitioner also sought £2OO damages and the full amount was granted by the jury, judgment being entered against the co-respondent, against whom costa of £26 were also awarded. £638 DAMAGES AWARDED ROTORUA CASE VERDICT A verdict for plaintiff against the second defendant, Kathleen Gordon, nurse, of Wanganui, for £638 12s damages was returned by the jury in the Supreme Court, Hamilton, this afternoon. MARKHAM TRAGEDY THE DEATH ROLL LONDON, May 11 The death roll in the Markham mine d master is now reported at 80.
