CELEBRATIONB CONCLUDE A very enthusiastic audience greeted the Salvation Army when a festival of music on Monday evening brought the jubilee celebrations to a successful close. 1 The local Salvation Army Band presented the selection, “British Melodies,” and the descriptive Bible picture. “Paul and Silas," and. under Bandmaster A. Lindsey, brought forth rounds of applause. Assisting artists were Mr Rex Walden 'baritone), Mr J. Whitehead A.T.C.L. (piano), Miss McLachlan violin), and Miss L. Lopdell (contralto).
