CLAUDELANDS TROTTING

WAIKATO AUTUMN FIXTURE GOOD ACCEPTANCES FINE RESPONSE IN BIG EVENT As was Indicated by the excellent nominations received for the autumn meeting of the Waikato Trotting Club at Claudelands to-day week, the acceptance list—one of the finest received in recent years—should ensure a most successful meeting. Both the principal event, the Autumn Handicap, and the sprint, the Kaipakl Handicap have filled well, ten having paid up for the former and fifteen for the latter event. Taken all round, there Is every indication for highly interesting and well-balanced fields on Saturday next and with fine weather the' club should experience Its most successful gathering In recent years.
