Preventive measures should be considered before curatives, continued Mr. Seaton, who claimed to have arrived at a solution to the trouble. The speaker Invited the members of the Farmers’ Union to call a meeting to discuss the trouble in an endeavour to find a definite course of action. The speaker was accorded a vote of thanks.
