Mr Henry F. Grady, of the U.S. Tariff Commission, who Is chairman of the Committee for Reciprocity Information, which recently opened Its hearings in Washington. The hearings are being held with a view toward determining how far American business and agriculture is willing to go in making to England the trade concessions which are essential to the negotiation of a reciprocal trade treaty between the two countries.
