Public notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Taupiri Drainage and River Board held in the Board's office, A.M.p. Notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on the 25th day of May, 1938, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government. Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £I4OO for the purpose of erecting a public hall at Tauwhare; such loan to be secured on a special rate of one-tenth of a penny in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property in an area comprising certain lands in the Tamahere and Ruakura Ridings of the County of Waikato. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Waikato County Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
