August 27 Mr and Mrs George Runcimnn. of Auckland, who are on holiday, told a London taxi-driver to drive round town. Now, after a week, they are gathering sea shells at John o’Groats, ami the taximeter is still ticking. Mr Runciman, after touring England in a taxi, decided to see John o'»iroats, from which place his grandmother emigrated. They have covered 1000 miles. The taxi-driver admits that he is homesick
