It was submitted to the Minister that his statement on Tuesday did not Indicate definitely whether the Baffin aeroplanes were new or second-hand, and jdr Jones refilled as follows ■.—" The Baffin aircraft for the Territorial Air Force have been used only to a limited extent by the Royal Air Force."
