PUBLIC SERVICE BALL
Arrangements are well In hand for the first ball to be held by the Executive of the Waikato Seotion of the New Zealand Publlo Service' Association, in the Frankton Town Hall on September 1. An energetlo committee Is working for the sucoess of the funotlon which promises to be a most enjoyable one, and the decorative scheme and organisation are well ahead.
