CONSTRUCTION OF TWO LINERS A FOUR-PARTY AGREEMENT United Press W rimy**’* CANBERRA, August 25 The Prime Minister, Mr J. A. Lyons, In the House of Representatives, announced that the New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canadian and Australian Governments are considering the terms of an agreement for assistance to British shipping in the Pacific. Mr Lyons said that all the outstanding features of a four-parly agreement. which provided for tlie construction of two new liners, had been accepted by the Commonwealth. It was hoped that notice of acceptance by the other Governments would be received within a few days. A bill to authorise the Commonwealth to enter into such an agreement would be introduced In ent session. It was anticipated that the agreement would be signed at an early date.
