UNDEFENDED DIVORCE CASES SUPREME COURT HEARINGS A decree nisi, to be moved absolute after three months, with custody of the three children of her marriage, and costs on the lower scale against respondent were granted by Mr. Justice Callan. in the Supreme Court. Hamilton, to-day. to petitioner in the undefended divorce action. F.d}the Cleric# Bunting v. Walter Joseph Bunting. Mr, J. F. Strang appeared for the petitioner. In evidence, petitioner stated that she resided in Hamilton. She had mar» ried respondent on November *27. There were three children of the marriage, but petitioner and responded had been living apart since 1928. Petitioner had experienced difficulty if securing maintenance for her children from respondent. Petitioner asked foi dissolution of the marriage on th«k ground of respondent’s misconduct with another woman. Desertion Proved. A decree nisi, to he moved absolute at the expiry of three months, with interim custody of the child of the marriage and. costs on the lower pra ‘® against respondent was also grante<J to Gertrude Hazel Coulston. who petitioned for dissolution of her mamas# with Henri Joseph Coulston. The cas# was undefended and Mr. E. s«tace appeared for petitioner. Petitioner stated that she had been married to respondent in 1923. There was one child of the marriage. In 1925. respondent had left her wtnout stating where he was going and petitioner had not seen him had received only £ll or £l2 of maintenance. The allegation or esertion was held to he proved by Hit Honour, who gave judgment as statca.
