SCOTT’S SHIP.

MOORED IN THAMES. (Times Air Mail Service.) LONDON, July 27. The royal research ship Discovery, which Captain Scott used for his first expedition to the Antartic in 1001, was yesterday towed to Temple Steps, Victoria Embankment, where she will he permanently moored, says the Daily Express. The Discovery will now he used as a training ship for Sea Scouts, and as an hostel for overseas Scouts. She will also serve ns a memorial to Captain Scott and other Polar explorers.
