REPRESENTATIVE GAMES. CANTERBURY TEAM LOSES. WELLINGTON, Sunday. Playing football of a standard which astonishes even its most ardent supporters, the Wellington representative Association football team scored a convincing win by 6 goals to 4 against Canterbury in the return game yesterday. Wellington began brilliantly and, after leading by 4 goals lo 2 at half-time did not relax its grip on the game until the last few minutes, when a whirlwind Canterbury attack saw the Wellington defence crumble. Almond scored two clever goals in quick succession.
