INFANTILE PARALYSIS.

Twenty cases of Infantile paralysis have been reported since Monday bringing the total to 12 1. Few suburbs have escaped, but no more cases have occurred in the country districts. All the schools have been closcc now for the winter holidays. Eleven respirators are in use In hospitals for the treatment of patients. A REQUEST REFUSED. NOT PLACED IN QUARANTINE.
