RADIO EXHIBITION.
AN “ ALL WAVE '» SHOW. MEETING WORLD DEMAND. (Official Wireless.) RUGBY, August 10. The great radio exhibition which is to be opened at Olympia, London, un Wednesday, will l»e, even more than last year, an “nil wave” show according to experts. The popularity of short wave listening has grown enormously In the past 12 months. Of the 5000 sets which are to be exhibited with 23 television receivers, a very large number will provide for listening on short as well as medium wave and long wave bands. One big firm of wireless manufacturers Is setting out to meet what it believes ts now the main demand — namely, for all-world radiogramophones. At least 123 new models will be on view at the Olympia exhibition which will be open until September 4.
