WELLINGTON WATERFRONT. BUREAU SYSTEM TO OPERATE. (By Telegraph.—rress Association.) WELLIN GT ON, T hursday. Work was resumed on tiie waterfront this morning following t lie stopwork meeting of tin; Watersiders’ I Union when a previous resolution to refrain from offering labour was rescinded. Jt is understood tiie union agreed to give tiie amount of labour the shipowners requested. To-day work is being resumed under the old conditions and tiie shipowners have agreed to put tiie bureau system of work into operation to-morrow morning.
