WAIKATO EXECUTIVE. Advice was received at a meeting of | the executive of the Waikato Returned Sodiers’ Association last evening that ministerial approval had been secured for tiie agreement between the Waikato Hospital Board and the various branches of the association. It was decided to set up a subcommittee to inquire into and draw up suggestions for the formulating of a land policy for tiie rssoeiation. From the Auckland branch a letter i was received detailing reasons against tl suggested alteration of the constitution of Hie War Pensions Appeal Board by the appointing to it of permanent medical members, and it was decided to support the action of t lie Auckland branch in endeavouring to prevent any change.
