FOR THE ARTIST PEOPLE. Here is another painting competition for all you artist people to he coloured with paints or crayons, whichever you prefer. Such a jolly time you should have painting the little girl In a gay frock and the Milk Bottle family in a* deep creamy colour. Mounting will ho given extra marks and all tho entries MUST he mounted on a stiff card so that they will not be spoilt In the post.
