OLD FRIENDS.

Pollyanna Books.

The Pollyanna books have rightly been called “the glad books," and Messrs Angus and Robertson, Sydney, have Just Issued two of them at popular prices. They are “Poll Hanna" and 'Pollyanna Grows Up,” and they made Eleanor H. Porter's name known round the world. To pick up these volumes Is to feel that one Is meeting old and beloved friends. They have helped to lift many a load of care, and have brightened many a dull day. The characters are so human that most readers selm to know them personally. The fact that they have been republished Is evidence of the demand for tbem. Some books, fortunately, never grow old.
