Aberhart. asking If he Is willing for the Alberta Bank legislation to be referred to the Supreme Court of Canada to test its constitutionality. Mr Aberhart is calling a meeting of the Cabinet for Monday. Mr Hugill states that the quarrel Is not with Mr Aberhart, but with the English experts, whom even Major Douglas is not backing. He repudiates a war on the banks, but 6tates that interest must decrease and cites the fact that Australia has cut interest and lessened the burden on the public.
