QUEEN CARNIVAL.
SOCIAL AT WAIHOU. The Wa'hou Hull was the scene of a very happy gathering on the occasion of the social arranged by tha Country Queen’s committee recently. The evening was spent in the playing of a 50d tournament and old-time and modern dancing. A novelty waltz was won by Miss C. Jackson and Mr T. Rahorah, and a novelty competition by Mr J. Hunt.
