When approaching a trara- : car Lindblom appeared to lose control | of the car and a head-on collision reI suited. Mrs Cavenette died in hos- * ! pital. Her husband, William George Cavenett, a war pensioner, said his wife left home saying she was going to a dance. Lindblom pleaded not guilty and was committed for trial. Bail was allowed in • one surety of £SOO. For driving withi out a license Lindblom was fined £i and costs.
