It Is revealed from Shanghai that the Japanese have an aircraft carrier with 60 planes within 20 to 40 miles of Woosung, which fact they tried to keep secret. The Shanghai correspondent of the Dally Telegraph points out that a crisis is approaching owing to the indecision of Marshal Chiang Kai-shek and other Chinese leaders, who are conferring at Nanking.
