VAGRANOY AND UTTERING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WANGANUI, Tuesday. In the Supreme Court Mr. Justioe Smith sentenced William Joseph Gee, who pleaded guilty to being an incorrigible rogue, to six months’ hard labour to be concurrent with the sentences he is at present serving. Tume Tume, for stealing a cheque and endorsing and uttering It was admitted to probation for a year conditional on paying £1 7s 6d and the oosts of the prosecution.
