BODY RECOVERED. (By Telegraph.—Special to Times.) DUNEDIN, Tuesday. The body of Mr. Leslie Liddicoat, married (27), who was drowned at Lowburn on July 13, when he and another workman employed by the Public Works Department fell from a partlally-construoted bridge into the -Clutha River, was recovered at Clyde yesterday afternoon about 15 miles from the scene of the accident. j The body of the other victim, Mr. Donald McElherny, has not yet been recovered.
