PLANTING OF TREES.

ARBOR DAY TO-MORROW. Fulfilling the object of the occasion, the preservation of trees in the Dominion, Arbor Day will be observed to-morrow. The chief function in Hamilton will be the planting of trees at the primary schools, in conjunction with the Auckland Education Board. The pupils will be assembled at some convenient time during Mio day for a brief ceremony.
