CIVIC RECEPTION IN SYDNEY. OPENED BY THE GOVERNOR. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. SYDNEY, Aug. 9. A civic reception to the overseas, delegations to the regional conference of the New Education Fellowship was given to-day in the Sydney Town Hall. Thousands of children will have a break from school this week to enable teachers to attend Ihe conference which was officially launched this evening by the Governor of New South Wales, Lord Wakehurst. Th< ers included the Premier, Mr. B. S. Stevens.
