SILVER WEDDING.

HAUTAPU RESIDENTS CELEBRATE. Mr and Mrs W. R. Beer, of “Pleasant View," Fencourt, celebrated their silver wedding on Saturday, when there was a family reunion. * A large number of members of the Bible class and church assembled at their residence to offer their congratulations. A most enjoyable evening was spent. Mr Arthur Wiseman, on (behalf of those present, presented Mr and Mrs Beer with a beautiful silver cakcstand as a token of appreciation of their good work for the' church and Sunday school. Mr Beer suitably responded on behalf of Mrs Beer and himself.
