CAMBRIDGE VICTORY. MATCH WITH HAMILTON. (Special to Times.) CAMBRIDGE, Monday. The annual inter-club match between Cambridge and Hamilton was played on the Cambridge course during the weekend In conditions that were admirably suited ror goir. The first round of the Caldwell Cup competition was played by members or the Cambridge Golf Club on Saturday and the Issue Is very open. Thirteen players have handed In cards with scores ranging from 70 to 76. R. Boucher has played consistent golf during this his first season with the Cambridge Club and he and W. Wood, who was last season’s Junior champion, head the list with 70 net. I. Fairbrother and C. Thompson showed their best form to date, Just playing to their handicaps.
