CORONATION CEREMONY. ABCHBISIIOP’S ADMISSION. (Times Air Mail Service.) LONDON. July 10. The Archbishop of Canterbury admitted last night that he “fumbled” with the Crown before placing it on the King’s head at the Coronation ceremony, says the Daily Sketch. Those who had -seen the films, he said, would realise that. “I could make a most sincere apology for that performance.” lie went on, “but it brought, some compensation tn the form of a letter from an old lady, who said — “ ‘The most beautiful thing in the Coronation was to see the dear Archbishop blessing the four corners of the Crown before he put it on the King’s head.’ ” The Archbishop was speaking at a Coronation banquet of the Imperial Society of Knights l Bachelor, at which Pir Gerald Wollaston. Garter King of Arms, the Knight Principal, presided. The Archbishop said that Sir Gerald, the Earl Marshal and himself were the ‘producers” of the great drama fn the Abbey, and they had an “all-star
