It is streamlined. 36 feet long, and equipped with two 3000 horse-power engines. The tyres cost £IOO each. Captain Eyston is to take the monster to Salt Lake City at the end of this month. He hopes to reach the colossal speed of 400 miles an hour. The oar has four front wheels, all connected with the steering, and twin rear wheels, also special brakes oooled by a huge oentrifugal fan.
