MATANGI CARD EVENING.

There was a large attendance at the weekly card evening, held in the Matangi Hall, in aid of the hall funds. Progressive five hundred was enjoyed, the winners being Mrs R. Taylor and Mr B. Robinson. The aggregate prizes were won by Mrs Walnwrlght and Mr I. Robinson. Mr R. (Ranstead was the winner of a competition. Supper a very pleasant •vetoing.
