NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Court of Arbitration has as from the 9th day of August, 1937, extended the Tea Rooms and Restaurant Employees Award, dated 23rd December, 1936, -so as to Join and bind as parties thereto all industrial unions, industrial associations and employers not already bound thereby or parties thereto but oonneoted with or engaged in the Industry to whioh the award applies in the area oovered by the award; but excluding any industrial union, industrial association or employer covered by any other existing award or industrial agreement Insofar as such award or industrial agreement relates to work oovered by the award. Any such union, association or employer may within one month after the first-mentioned date apply through me to the Court of Arbitration for total or partial exemption from the said award, but <suoh union, association or employer will require to oonform to the said award pending the decision of the Court.
